It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Winnegge (Cando, North Dakota), who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pius Heisler and Dorothy Heisler (Ripplinger); her husband Charles Winnegge; her siblings, Matt Heisler, Emelia Mattern and Francis Arnhold Katafias; and her children-in-law, Barb Winnegge and Clifford Belgarde.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd Winnegge of Cando, ND, Carol Belgarde of Belcourt, ND, Judy Skalicky (Richard) of Cando, ND and Mary Winnegge of Cando, ND; her grandchildren, Christine Reed (Dale) of Grand Forks, ND, Shannon Winnegge (Sheri) of Langdon, ND, Travis Winnegge (Kris) of Horace, ND, Barb Reed (David) of Devils Lake, ND, Allen Belgarde (Terri) of Belcourt, ND, Jennifer Belgarde of Belcourt, ND, Charles Belgarde (Savannah) of Belcourt, ND, David Belgarde (Jolene) of Belcourt, ND, Liza Wayman (Cecil), Tonya Comer (Russel) of Watford City, ND and Michael Paul; and her siblings, Steve Heisler (Judy) of Cando, ND, Liz Hartl of Cando, ND, Annie Rader of Minneapolis, MN, Magdalen Meier Keck of Devils Lake, ND, Clara Rainsberry of Banning, CA and Delphine Rader (Burt) of Denver, CO.. She is also survived by 18 Great-Grand-Children and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
