With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy E. Bjornstad of Cando, North Dakota, who passed away on December 8, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sofus Jensen and Gertrude Jensen; her husband Sigurd Bjornstad (Buddy); her sister Mildred Matthys; and her daughter-in-law Johnella Bjornstad.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Bjornstad of Cando, Sig Bjornstad (Bella) of Cando, Martin Jens Bjornstad (Sheila) of Cando, Andy Bjornstad of Westminster, CO, Teddy Bjornstad (Robyn Spencer) of Cando, Peter Bjornstad (Lisa) of Cando and Margaret Henke (Doug) of Cando; and her brother-in-law Ray Reid of Chinook, MT. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
