He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ahlberg and Genevieve Ahlberg; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Ahlberg, Mary Ahlberg Wilson and Jerome Ahlberg.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lucken; his daughters, Brenda Vinje (Todd) of Alexandria, MN and Katherine Ahlberg (Terry Whisman) of Battle Ground, WA.; his grandchildren, David Vinje (Lauren), Samuel Vinje (Alycia), John Vinje (Ellen), Matthew Vinje, Sophia Vinje and Kylee Whisman Hoge (Bodine); his brother Mark Ahlberg (Dawn) of Leeds, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Ahlberg of Fargo, ND, John Wilson of Costa Mesa, CA and Charlene Lucken of Northfield, MN. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
