He was predeceased by: his parent-in-law Lloyd Boldt; and also Evelyn Boldt. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Jeremy Billings (Kim) of Buxton, ND and Chris Billings (Sarah); his grandchildren, Melanie and Ryan; and his sisters-in-law, Karen (John), Nancy and Julie (Matt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
