We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 93, Mary E Johnston of Butte, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Rule and Mary Rule; and her grandmother Mary. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Johnston; her brothers, Albert and Bill; her grandchildren, Andrea and Kathy; her children, Randy Johnston and Mary Johnson (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Timmy Johnston (Sarah), Quincy Johnston (Jessi), Abby Johnston (Rob), Brenda Boettger (Brian), Cody Johnston, Ashley Johnson, Zachary Johnson (Karen), MaKenzie Soderling (Josh), Cameron Johnson (Cambree), Derek Nelson, Dustin Nelson (Kayla), Denver Nelson and Kenny Johnston. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fox Lake Center.
