He is survived by: his wife Shelley Slama; his daughter Roseanne Becker (Scott); his grandchildren, Seth Mittleider, Tara and Morgan; his siblings, Calvin Arndt (Pam), Marcy Knopp (Jeffers) and Arlene Michalenko (Darrell); and his brother-in-law James Slama (Shelly Rae). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
