He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill J. Couch, Pamela J. Freeman and Bruce Faveros. He is survived by: his parents, Charity L. Couch and Timothy D. Faveros; his children, Zerek and Averiana; the mother of his children Teylia; his siblings, Kearstyn S. Couch, Tiffany A. Haaser, Ottley P. Huff and Kaleb T. Clark; his aunts and uncles, Billiejo Baca, Patricia Burke, Joshua J. Couch, Celene A. Rocco and Madelyn M. Faveros Zuppardo; and his grandmother Deborah Wayne.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to his children.
