He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Blake (Kaspari) and James E. Blake; and his brothers, James E. Blake Jr. and Thomas R. Blake. He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. William Blake (Gina) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Dr. Jerry Blake (Susy) of Eden Prairie, MN and Dennis Blake of Fargo.
