He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Ford and Marijane Ford; his brother Rick Ford; and his grandson Dylen Ollila. He is survived by: his wife Sheryll of Bowman, ND; and his children, Michael Cummins (Jennifer) of Miles City, MT, Jennifer Gonser (Todd) of Dickinson, ND, Joseph Cummins (Rebecca) of Bowman, ND, Tabitha Cummins of Lemmon, SD and LaTrishia Kimes (Derek) of Benton, AR. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
