It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug P. Burtell of Bowman, North Dakota, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Burtell and Lydia Burtell; and his siblings, Sid, Verlen and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Michalski; his sister Marv of Billings; his daughter Barb (Steve Conley); his granddaughter Kate Gartner (Justin); his great grandchildren, Baylee and Bryce; his granddaughter Jill Vallejo (Eleno); and his great grandchildren, Alayna, Kylee and Mya. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
