He was predeceased by: his wife Gerry; his parents, William Shea and Viola Shea; and his brother Tom Shea. He is survived by: his children, David Shea of Waconia, Minnesota, Peg Shea (Joshua Weinstein) of Watertown and Kitty Shea of Minnetrista, Minnesota; his grandson Charley Hagen of Duluth, Minnesota; and his sisters, Helen Hoffbeck of Alpharetta, Georgia and Anne Salter of London, Ontario..
