She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seibel and Lucy Seibel (Delk); her husband Melvin Hornbacher; her son LaDell Hornbacher; her grandson Ashden; and her siblings, Henry, Alfred, Martha, Augusta, Edwin, Ernest, Elmer, Frieda, Tillie, Helen, John, Viola and Joseph.
She is survived by: her daughter Renae Miller (Bob); her grandchildren, Alyssa Miller (Remington Krueger), Bobby Miller, Bryon Hornbacher (Crystal), Kinda Hornbacher and Del Hornbacher; and her great grandchildren, Tyjah, Kyri, Blayze Hornbacher, Gavin, Gatlyn and Graysen Wolf.
