He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Berg and Alma Berg (Pederson); his son Robert Allen; his in-laws, Lloyd and Tillie Halvorson; his siblings, Alvina Marzolf, Marlin, Hans Berg and Delores Brudwick; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Sapp, Barb Bell, Donna Prellwitz, Tim and David Marzolf.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Becky Pollman (Jeff), JoAnn McCloud, Julie Longie (Dan) and Amy Hanson (Eddie); his grandchildren, Brandon Halvorson (Laura), Kory Halvorson, Jerrod, Justin, Jaden McCloud, Amanda, Cody, Brady Longie and Jaclyn Hanson; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Arlo Halvorson and Samuel Walden; and his sons-in-law, Randy McCloud and Brian Halvorson.
