He is survived by: his mother Arlene Reinoehl; his former wife Jodi Westby; his wife Cathi Collingsworth; his children, Michael, Benjamin and Angela; his stepchildren, Sarah and Nathan; his sister Lisa (Kieth Steinke); his nieces, Valerie, Carolyn and Rachael; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Sophie, Arrianna, Amaiyah, Alice and Bentley.
