He is survived by: his children, Scott Kippen (Pat) of Bottineau, Carmen Bendixson (Greg) of Zahl, Roberta Abernathey (Scott) of Minot and Heather Kippen of Crosby; his grandchildren, Jordan Kippen (Taylor), Levi Kippen (Kelsey), Ethan Kippen (Sasha Peck) of Bottineau, Derek Bendixson (Brandie), Ryan Bendixson (Danielle), Kent Bendixson of Zahl and Lathan Abernathey of Minot; his great grandchildren, Owan Kippen, Bristol Kippen, Stetson Kippen, Callie Kippen and Meriena Bendixson; his sister Joy Sanders of Santa Clara, CA; his nephew Jeff Sanders; his daughter Jennifer Austin; his grandchildren, Tyler Austin and Hilarie Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Brandon of Powell, WY, Peggy Nelson (Lloyd) and Morris Davidson (Louise) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
