He is survived by: his son Jay Michael Bullinger; his daughters-in-law, Jackie Bullinger and Carol Bullinger; his grandchildren, Krystal Nostdahl (Jesse), Nicholas Bullinger, Zachary Bullinger (Justine) and Rachel Bullinger; his great grandchildren, Khaliel and Sophia Abdurrahman; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Eric, Hudson Stewart and Jace Bullinger.
