Betsy Tallon Obituary
We bid farewell to Betsy Tallon of Bottineau, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 19, 2024 at the age of 100. Betsy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Haakon Skarphol and Annie Skarphol (Aftemhaugen); her son Franklin Tallon; her grandson Jason Tallon; and her sons-in-law, Jerry Hegdahl and Karl Krahn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Hegdahl of Crossville, TN and Marjorie Krahn (Lee Kerstner); her daughter-in-law Lynn Tallon (Jerry O'Neil) of Oconomowoc, WI; her grandsons, Jonathon [Rebecca] Tallon and James [Beth] (Tallon); her granddaughter-in-law Angie Tallon; and her close friend Kay Refling. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial be given to the First Lutheran Church or St. Andrew's Health Care Center.
