She was predeceased by: her parents, William Backhaus and Emma Backhaus (Dockter); and her siblings, Erma, Clifton, Robert, Florence, Pricilla, Raymond, Celia and Louise.
She is survived by: her children, Kurt Olson, Larry Mark Wong (Susan) and Gayla Taylor (Jack); her grandchildren, Durant, Ryan, Chelsie, Erika, Elizabeth, Shayla, Kayla and Jacki; and her sister Loretta Munk. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
