She was predeceased by: her husband John Kary; her parent Rose Schmidt (Franck); her sisters, Margaret Haas (Reuben), Frances Geiger (Joseph Kary) and Betty Dulski (Paul); and her siblings-in-law, Tony Kary (Pauline), Al Kary (Ann), Rose Dinius (Leo), Ralph Kary (Rose), Harry Kary (Rose), George Kary (Frances), Jack Kary (Luella), Monica Boehm (Tony), Matt Kary and Lillian Kary.
She is survived by: her children, Valerian Kary (Keith Gustafson) of Bismarck, ND, Jane Nelson (Don) of River Falls, WI, Dennis Kary of Mandan, ND and Allan Kary (Carmen) of Bismarck, ND; and her grandchildren, Jody Nelson, Tracy Fussy (Joel), Heather Jarvis (Kyle), Angela Anderson (Trent), Josh Kary (Cindy), Jesse Mittleider and Cody Mittleider (Elaine).
