He was predeceased by: his father Kirk Heupel; his grandparents, Reuben, Janet Benz, Wilbert and Lorraine Heupel; his aunts, Barbara Bentz and Deborah Pavlicek; his cousin Anthony Pavlicek; his brother-in-law Harley; and his grandparents-in-law, Donald, Alice Westrum and Peter J. Wanner.
He is survived by: his mother Fammie Heupel (Doug Bender); his son Elijah Dustin (Tyler); his wife Hayley; his son Zane; his pet Leo; his siblings, Dustin Heupel (Kristi) and Krystle Cremer (Justin); his nieces and nephews, Harley, Kaden, Karaline, Olivia, Carson and Charlotte; his parents-in-law, Harlan Wanner and Deb Frank; his siblings-in-law, Heather Elseth (Jake) and Josh Wanner (Molly); his nieces and nephews, Greyson, Zoey and Jacob; and his grandfather-in-law Gloria Wanner. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
