It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tootie Bender (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dennis of Bismarck; her mother Joan of Prescott Valley, AZ; her brother Terry of Prescott Valley, AZ; her siblings-in-law, Linda Almer, Christine Masseth of Bismarck and Tony Bender (Jo) of Agar, SD.; her father Michael; and her sister Rhonda. She was also cherished by four nieces, five nephews, four great-nieces and three great-nephews.
