It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Speidel of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Thurn and Magdalena Thurn (Martel); her husband Marvin Speidel; and her brother Elmer Thurn. She is survived by: her children, Linda Reinicke and Larry Speidel; her grandchildren, Scott Reinicke, Jeremy Reinicke (Jen), Missoula, Mont, Chris Reinicke (Marea), Justin Reinicke and Nathan Speidel; her great grandchildren, Braylee, Lexie Reinicke, Abbey, Katie Reinicke, Missoula, Mont, Jaden, Kyler, Ella Reinicke, Gage, Aurora and Akira Speidel; and her sister Frieda Ketterling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
