He is survived by: his siblings, Lenore Boushele (Tom), Shirley Jalbert (Jerome) and Dick Kosmicki (Julene); his wife Teresa Kosmicki (Kempenich); his daughter Ruthie; his grandchildren, John Ryan Manning (Grace), Brooke Petersen (Garrett) and Molly Manning (Jake) of Three Forks, MT; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Garrett, Hayzleigh, Peytyn and Greysyn; his close friend Tom; and also, Tyler St Onge (Lydia), Amara and Jaela.
