He was predeceased by: his wife Nikki; his parents, Art Gilbertson and Helen Gilbertson; his in-laws, Warren and Barbara; and his son Duane.
He is survived by: his son Alan Gilbertson (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Kayla Gilbertson and Carson Gilbertson. He is also survived by grandkids; 1 step great granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews and a couple of his foster siblings.
