He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Bill) and Dorothy (Henke). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his stepdaughter Lorie Dvoracek (Chad); his sisters, Roselyn Newton (Ron), Renee Patzer (Mike) and Janet Reynolds (Rick); and his nieces, Nolana Hatcher, Morena Griggs and Kenya Patzer.
