It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kepler of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stewart and Esther Stewart (Frey); her sister-in-law Cindy Stewart; and her parakeet Tweety. She is survived by: her husband Keith Kepler; and her siblings, Allen Stewart (Ellen) of Littleton, CO, John Stewart (Debbie) of Crystal, MN and Trudy Stewart Gabel (Dan) of Watertown, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
