He is survived by: his parents, Frank Martz of Rugby and Marcia Forrester (Sizer) of Mound, MN; his sister Melanie Martz of St. Louis Park, MN; and his aunts and uncles, Kirby Martz (Cheryle), Charlie Sizer and Mary Higgs (John). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
