Michael leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hehn (Ernie) and Billie Hehn; and his siblings, Lawrence Volk (Larry) and Katherine Hehn (Kitty). He is survived by: his sister Mary Nelson; and his nephews, Perrin Job (Cheri) and Patrick Job (Mandi). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Furry Friends Rockin' Rescue, in honor of Mike's love for animals and the compassion he carried throughout his life.
