She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Splonskowski and Mildred Splonskowski (Kippes); her husband Victor; and her siblings, Ann, Helen, John and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Richter (Coreen), Marlyn Richter (Susan), Mary Ann Vetter (Leland), Paul "Luke" Richter (Amy), Colleen Reisenauer (Tim), John Richter (Sandy), Monsignor Thomas Richter, Father David Richter, Marc Richter (Jill), Patrick Richter (Denise), Jerome Richter (Sara), Andrew Richter, Teresa Fiedler (Blake) and Lisa Prindiville (Matthew); and her siblings, Agnes Vetter, Rita Falconer, Alice Schatz, Paul, Francis, Marvin and Jerry. She is also survived by 62 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren.
