She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Volk and Agnes Volk (Braun); her husband John K. Vetter; her children, LaVonne Perdew (George), Raymond, Urban and Stanley; her daughter-in-law Shirley (Ed); her siblings, Bud (Ann), Amandus, Ed, Eugene, Michael, Melchoir (Elaine), Leo and Anna Moran (Gerry); her in-laws, Pius, Adam Braun, Alan Schriock and Ernest Scheetz; and her parents-in-law, Magdalene Vetter, Conrad (Theresa), Bernard (Agnes), Martha Haider (Mike), Magdalena, Franciska Block (Ernest), Josephine Fries (Arthur), Helen Blotske (Frank), George (Dorothy), Barbara Froelich (John) and Elizabeth Wolfer (Carlos).
She is survived by: her children, Gene (Nancy), Roger (Sandy), Joe (Kathy), Ed, Sherman (Julie), Diane, Toots (Leonard) and Debbie; her siblings, Sister Maria Volk, Lydia Braun, Angeline Braun, Theresa Schriock, Evelyn Miller (Ervin), Valentina Bruington, Barbara Scheetz and Adam; her sister-in-law Clem Volk; and also Christine (Stan). She is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 18 great great-grandchildren.
