He is survived by: his children, Mark Hazen (Reyna), Terry Bismarck (Daphne) and Pam; his grandchildren, Shane, Josh, Rose, Kayla, Carlie, Paige, Mariah, Rylee and Sean; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Brancen, Hailey, Jasper, Micah, Louis, Natalie, Ella and Ivy; his sisters, Rose Miller and Evelyn Weninger; and his siblings-in-law, George, Bob, Betty, Delores and Rose.
