It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Ann Blotsky of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in McLaughlin, South Dakota, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvey Schanzenbach and Mary Schanzenbach; her husband Raymond Blotsky; her sister Carol Schanzenbach; her stepson Dean Blotsky; and her niece Annie Bachmeier.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Curtis Blotsky of Bremerton, WA, Brian [Michelle] Blotsky of Bismarck, ND and Gail [Stewart] Love of Sahuarota, AZ; her sisters, Terri [Vern] Leingang, Paula [Richard] Bachmeier, Gayle [Bill] Schlosser and Patti Knapp; and also Marcy Blotsky (Dean) of Mandan, ND. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
