Nelson formerly of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nelson and Laura Nelson; and his sister Kathryn Drageset (Katie). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Blaine Nelson (Della), Dawn Costain (Mark) of Bismarck, Joyce Nelson (Blaine Larson) and Scott Nelson (Cherry) of Corona, CA; his grandchildren, Lexie Jensen (Chris), Lindsey Ibach (Chris), Laurie Krueger (John), Nick Nelson, Nicole Henne (Aaron), Molly Ereth (Anthony), Skylar Larson, Abby Nelson and Jennah Nelson; and his siblings, Eileen Fitzgerald of Murdo, SD and Arlie Nelson (Tari) of Newcastle, WY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
