He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Sperle and Magdelena Sperle (Becker); his wife Rosemarie Bernhardt of Anthony's Catholic Church; his brother Martin Sperle; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Sperle and Lee Rathbun.
He is survived by: his sister Ann Rathbun; his children, Bonnie Skelton (Roger) of Frederick, CO, Stacy Sperle (Brian Yates) of San Diego, CA and Leon Sperle (Chris); his grandsons, Aaron Sperle and Jordan Sperle (Aeshia); and his great grandchildren, Cohen and Cooper Sperle of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
