He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Senger and Amelia Senger (Kuntz); and his sisters, Charlotte, Vivian and Margaret.

He is survived by: his wife Astrid Akerberg; his daughter Leni (Doug Dunn); his grandsons, Wyatt, Nicholas and Xander of Camby, IN; and his siblings, Irene, Francie, Marilyn, David, Frank, Jerry, Leonard, Richard and Maurice.
