He is survived by: his wife Janet Lucas (Nelson); his children, Matt Lucas and Jennifer Lucas; his siblings, Rich Lucas (Mary Ann), Leanne O'Gara and Dan Meyer (Chris Ann); and his friends, Ken, Karen Haggart, Dean and Cindy Dassinger.
