He is survived by: his wife Katie; his children, Emma, Devin and Teegan; his parents, Mary Kay Gazur (Roger) and Jim Frank (Arlene); his brother Brian Frank; his sister-in-law Kelly Ellwein; his nephews, Aiden Frank and Carson Ellwein; and his father-in-law Duane Ellwein. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
