She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Manning and Emma Manning (Coleman); and her brother-in-law LeRoy Hochhalter. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cooper; her sons, Kent Mowder (Donna) and Cory Mowder (Laura); her grandchildren, Miranda Swisher (TJ) and Tyler Mowder (Jamie); her great grandchildren, McKenzie Swisher and Caleb Swisher; her sisters, Myrna Hochhalter and Elva Topp (John); and her close friend Linda Oswald. She is also survived by several nieces nephews.
