He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Knoll and Forest Knoll of Cogswell, ND.; and his sister Jean Walterson (Howard). He is survived by: his children, Susan, Paul (Cindy), Mark and Elizabeth Pasternock (Paul); his siblings, Joy Christiansen, Vivian Chaska and Dan Knoll; his grandchildren, Brandon (Kelly), Kristine Steven (Jessie), Kelci, Jonny (Jessica), Anne Marie (Joey), Michael (Molly), K. B. and Elise; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Jensen, Jack and Sawyer.
