He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Billy of Noonan and Teresa Teske (Patrick) of Scranton; and his siblings, Gloria (Roger Nies) of San Diego, Neil of Noonan, Terry of Maple Grove, MN, Ross (Celeste) of Bismarck, Skip (Sherry) of Fargo and Arne Jr. (Jeri). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
