He is survived by: his wife Marian; his children, Sue Bichler (Joe), Tony Szymanski (Lisa) and Mike Szymanski (Kila); his grandchildren, Jeramie Bichler (Amelia), Jessica Crawley (Jimmie), Mia Szymanski and Liam Szymanski; and his great grandchild James Crawley.
