He is survived by: his wife Vicky (Thomas); his children, Trang Ho, Amy Johnson (Scott), Dawn White Buffalo (Tyler) and Bill Dawson (Julie); his sister Dianne Werlinger; his grandchildren, Amy, Tyray, Alex, Grace (Greg), Matt, Erik, Thomas, Eliza, Aiden, Rachel, Ayleigh, Gwenyth, Joseph, Keagan and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Lola, Adriana, Lilah, Scarlett, Rowan, Lacey, Svetlana, Ezra, Osbourne and Riyah; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Estvold (Sharon), Dale Estvold (Holly) and Carol Zacher (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
