She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Ehli and Teresa Ehli (Zimmerman); and her husband Otto Babel of Mary's Catholic Church. She is survived by: her children, David Babel (Jane) and Judy Payne; her son-in-law Wade Payne; her grandchildren, Dustin, Connor, Ally (Jake), Patrick and Sherri; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Maya, Kala, Aris and Izabella; and her sister Alice Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
