She is survived by: her children, Connie Stevenson (Michael), Don Welk (Cindy) and Paul Welk (Janean); her grandchildren, Nova Stevenson of Minneapolis, MN, Lauren Ktytor (Brandon), Braden Stevenson (Cameron) of Minneapolis, MN, Marcus Welk (Abby) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Emmalee Welk of Chandler, AZ, Thomas Welk (Morgan), John Welk (Megan) and Jeffrey Welk (Briana); and her siblings, Leo Volk (Janis) of Rapid City, SD and Florence Zacher (Don). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A rosary was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Anne (1321 Braman Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
