Though Herbert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ritz and Katie Ritz of Judson; and his wife Lucille Ritz. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Ritz (Cindy), Judy Schieve and Mary Rader. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
