Helen Wittrup Obituary
In loving memory of Helen Wittrup of Bismarck, North Dakota, who departed this world on March 24, 2025 at the age of 98. Helen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kraft and Jessie Kraft (Satterlee); and her husband Edwin Grueneich. She is survived by: her children, Royal, Mark (Paula), Myron (Kathy), Randy (Kathryn), Kathy Rodgers (Mark) and Nancy Larson (Roger); and her sister Betty Lu Voth. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Brethren Church (2400 E Ave A, Bismarck, ND 58501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Turtle Lake Baptist Church (224 Eggert St, Turtle Lake, ND 58575).
Donations in her memory can be made to Asbury Camp in Washburn or the United Methodist Church of Turtle Lake.
