She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Witikko and Macy Sandwick Schiermeister (Virgil Harter); and her children, Kimberly Radig and Troy Harter. She is survived by: her husband Virgil Harter; her children, Kari White and Steven Harter (Janice); her siblings, Darlene Dickson, Dennis Bollinger (Patricia), Gloria Opp and Sandra Moch (Alan); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Kristin, Jessica, Shawn, Ethan and Hailey.
