He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Mae and Ida Mae; his wife Marilyn Hoffman; and his siblings, Charley, Harley, Richard, Duane, Earl, Ginni Craig and Altha Perry.
He is survived by: his children, David Skogley of Skokie, IL and Karen Kroll of Redwing, MN; his granddaughters, Kayley and Devon; his great grandchild Elijah of Redwing, MN; and his sister Roberta Swanson of Vista, CA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Robert Asker Scottish Rite Language Center (1009 Basin Ave., Bismarck, ND 58504) or the North Dakota Masonic Foundation (201 14th Ave N., Fargo, ND 58102).
