It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgiene Snyder of Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Huggins and Alice Huggins (Wood); her husband Bill; her siblings, Frank, Jim and Robin; her sister-in-law Melody Huggins; and her nephew Shawn Huggins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack, Nina and Bob; her children, Joe Snyder of Dallas, TX, Julie Kay (Bill) of Williston and Jill Schafer of Centennial, CO.; her grandchildren, Lacie White (Shawn) of Williston, Trey Schafer (Amber) of Castle Rock, CO and Lincoln Schafer (Chloe) of San Diego, CA.; her close friends, Warren Larson and Kathy Bingeman; and her family, Kris, Nikki Ahmann, Paige, Piper and Zander.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
