He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Harvey (Kupitz) and Frederick R. Harvey, Jr. (Patricia Harvey Riely); his siblings, Patricia Eysaldt, Kathleen Cowles (Tinker) and Charles; his parents-in-law, Matt and Rose Heinert; his grandparents, Max and Dolores Kupitz; and his son-in-law David Stacey.
He is survived by: his daughter Roberta Harvey Stacey; his wife Donna Jean Heinert; his grandchildren, Stephanie, James and MaryBeth Stegall (Chris); his children, Father Fred Harvey and Patty Riely (Brad); his granddaughter Katie Ballard (Chase); his great grandchild Blaire; his grandchild Korie Riely; and his sister Nancy Polasky (Don).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit (500 N 4th St, Bismarck, ND 58501). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit (520 Raymond St, Bismarck, ND 58501). A burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
